Services & working together

What is medical billing?

Medical billing is the administrative work of preparing and submitting healthcare claims, recording payer payments and adjustments, and following up on unpaid balances. NexCare Solution supports these tasks within an agreed practice service scope.

How is revenue cycle management different from claim submission?

Claim submission is one stage of medical billing. Revenue cycle management connects the broader workflow: eligibility, patient information, coding, charges, claim submission, payment posting, denials, A/R follow-up, and reporting.

What do EHR, PM, EDI, ERA, and EFT mean?

EHR means electronic health record, and PM means practice management. EDI means electronic data interchange, ERA means electronic remittance advice, and EFT means electronic funds transfer. NexCare helps coordinate billing system and electronic transaction setup within the agreed scope.

Can you work with our current EHR?

NexCare Solution works with practices using existing EHR and clearinghouse workflows. Share your system during the consultation so we can confirm access requirements, compatibility, and scope before you make a change.

What services can we discuss?

Our core services are revenue cycle management, credentialing and contracting, EHR and practice management/clearinghouse setup, and electronic transaction setup. We will discuss which parts of the workflow your practice needs help with.

How is pricing determined?

Our existing pricing approach includes a percentage of collections or a fixed fee, depending on the service and practice needs. Request a written proposal that sets out the scope, fee basis, setup costs, and contract terms.

What does onboarding involve?

We start by discussing your practice, current systems, payer workflows, and priorities. Then we agree the service scope, access requirements, responsibilities, and reporting before planning the transition. Timing depends on your practice and any vendor or payer requirements.

Can you help with denials and aging A/R?

Denial management and A/R follow-up are part of our revenue cycle services. We review denial reasons, prepare corrections or appeals, and follow up on outstanding payer balances within the agreed scope.

What reporting can we discuss?

The revenue cycle review can cover claim status, collections, denial patterns, reimbursement timelines, and A/R aging. We will agree which reports, delivery schedule, and review format fit your practice.

Your first conversation

How does the one-month free billing offer work?

NexCare Solution advertises a one-month free billing offer. Ask the team to confirm eligibility, included services, the start date, any exclusions, and the fees and contract terms that apply afterward. Request those details in writing before enrolling.

Is this form an appointment booking?

The form sends a consultation request. Your preferred date and time help us arrange the next conversation; an appointment is confirmed separately by the team.

Should I send patient records with my inquiry?

No. This website form is for practice and business inquiries. Do not include patient names, medical records, insurance IDs, or other patient information. Any clinical-data exchange should be arranged separately through an appropriate approved channel.

How can we contact the team?

Call +1 (786) 644-1728 or email info@nexcaresolution.org. Our listed operating hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
